It is clean, has everything you need, and the food is delicious. There are many small shops and food stalls on the road from the hotel to the station.
The hotel is located far from the Ganges River, so you need to take a rickshaw.
There is a train station nearby, Varanasi Yad, but it is a bit of a walk from there (the roads are dirty and the traffic is chaotic).

The shower water pressure, temperature, and drainage were all fine. It was recently built, so it was clean for a hotel in this price range. I didn't take the train, but it's close to Varanasi Station and I think it's within walking distance.

A relatively new hotel. The rooms are clean, but there doesn't seem to be much to do shopping nearby. There is a bus terminal nearby, but the area is not very safe. I recommend the hotel because there is a fairly good restaurant. I don't think they served alcohol, but it was very tasty.
I recommend taking UBER from the airport.

Shruti and Tushar the ones at the reception were good and supportive,Priya of morning shift was no so. Location of hotel is good ,station is nearby,but most of the tourist places and ghats are in 3-4 km range. Room cleanliness and atmosphere is good,slightly overpriced.

We stayed at this hotel for one day, and our experience was neutral - neither exceptionally pleasant nor particularly bad. The hotel's cleanliness and location were notable positives. However, our room's fridge wasn't working initially, but it was replaced after we reported the issue. Unfortunately, the locker in our room wasn't functional. Given our flight was scheduled on the checkout date, we requested a late checkout, which was denied. We even offered to pay extra for a couple of hours, but the staff claimed there were no vacant rooms available. Interestingly, when we checked online, rooms were available, and the hotel later suggested we book online if needed. While I wouldn't categorize this hotel as bad, I do believe offering flexible checkout options when rooms are available would enhance the guest experience.

Friendly stay and the great hospitality by the hotel staff, receptionist Mr Rahul is so helpful and easy going to cater the possible requests. Overall it's a great stay and experience. I recommend to experience the stay. Breakfast is decent.
